WiSE CRT System's unique approach
The WiSE CRT System uses proprietary wireless technology to pace the left ventricle endocardially and deliver personalized pacing therapy to patients. Offering a versatile and leadless design, the WiSE System brings a more physiologic approach for physicians to treat patients.
JAMA Cardiology publishes EBR’s pivotal SOLVE-CRT study
SOLVE-CRT Study demonstrated that leadless left ventricular endocardial pacing (LVEP) with the WiSE CRT System is associated with a reduction in LVESV in heart failure patients.
Empowering physicians, powering hearts
The WiSE CRT System is designed to overcome the limitations of conventional CRT and is the only leadless left ventricular endocardial pacing (LVEP) device.

How it works
The WiSE CRT System is designed to work with patients' existing implant to provide bi-ventricular pacing.
Co-implant
- Delivers conventional pacing
Battery
- Subcutaneous device ensures steady energy to the Transmitter
Transmitter
- Detects co-implant pacing pulses
- Within milliseconds, sends ultrasonic energy to power the Electrode
Electrode
- Converts ultrasonic energy into electrical pulses
- 0.05 cc leadless device features a polyester jacket for rapid endothelization (<45 days)
Leadless
Ultra-compact leadless device removes constraints of lead-based pacing systems
Versatile
Open platform coordinates therapy
with a range of existing pacing devices
LV Endocardial
More physiologic approach via left ventricular endocardial pacing (LVEP) for CRT
Procedure workflow
Three procedural stages occur to achieve optimal clinical outcomes:
1. Pre-assessment
Optimize location for ultrasound transmission to the left ventricle.
2. Surgical Implant
Surgically place Transmitter & Battery per pre-assessment optimization.
3. Electrode Mapping & Anchoring
Map left endocardial surface and implant Electrode with a single delivery system.
